ABOUT FLOWERS AND LOVE
This series of works engages with love, as suggested by its title. It speaks to empathy and support, and to the importance of understanding and accepting those close to us as they are. The works incorporate irony and self-reflective humor, portraying the grotesque and the absurd inherent in life. Love is conceived here as a space in which distinctions between identities dissolve—it belongs to all, regardless of who they are or where they are.
